Dirty Stove Burners?

4/20/2016 (Permalink)

Cleaning Dirty Stove Burners? Battle scars from months of delicious but messy cooking.

This is not an uncommon site in most people's homes. After many months, or even years of oatmeal boiling over, pasta sauce splooshing and popping oil from the king of all meats, bacon finding it's way on to your stove top cleaning can be an all day ordeal. Most people don't worry about going to the gym for weeks or even months afterward because of all the elbow grease required of them.

At least it was. By putting just a splash of ammonia in a zipping plastic bag and leaving your burners in the fumes overnight, you'll hardly be able to recognize your stove. Remember that too much ammonia WILL NOT WORK. You've got to use just a splash in a plastic and let the vapors for their thing.
